Acquire Existing Architectural Floor Plans

Site Visit(s)

  • Evaluate environment
  • Collect information and measurements
  • Analyze and document space
  • Acquire and verify dimensions of site conditions
  • Project manager, tradespeople and artisan visits

Note: the time between foundation and design is dependent upon the number of active projects in progress


Create Master Design

  • Evaluate and edit client’s existing furnishings and accessories
  • Create furniture layouts
  • Create custom architectural and structural elements
  • Develop drawings, sketches & schematics
  • Interior design selection and sourcing of fabrics, furniture, lighting, carpet, and finishes
  • Define architectural specifications (construction, cabinetry, plumbing, tile, etc.)

Note: time needed to create design plan is generally four to six weeks

Orders & Allocation

Project Management

  • Coordinate and supervise scheduled work
  • Communicate with client, multiple contractors, vendors, artisans

Procurement, Purchasing, Payment

  • Sourcing, curating and procuring design elements (fabrics, window and wall treatments, furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories)
  • Set material reserves, confirm availability, cut for approval, place orders, confirm shipments

Note: the time required to complete this phase is dependent required lead times for custom artisans and vendors and the demands of order fulfillment

Receiving & Inspection

Deliveries and Warehousing

  • Receive each design element at dedicated design warehouse
  • Inspect all for quality and condition
  • Hold items until all deliveries fulfilled


Delivery and Placement

  • Schedule items for site installation (in consolidated deliveries, incorporating multiple vendors and tradespeople into a structured delivery process)


  • Complete design plan with any additional curated details needed to finish the designed environment
